Steve grew up in suburban Detroit, where he began his career as an engineer for a big 3 automaker. He mastered and perfected his skills of efficient time management, communication, and attention to details which would transition into the realm of multifamily investing.

He bought his first single family house in 2018, which later turned into his first rental property. Steve and his wife Iveth moved to Florida in 2021, where they discovered the great wealth growth potential of multifamily properties, after they attended many seminars and workshops.

He is constantly growing and learning from some of the best mentors in the industry. Steve’s network of advisors and investors have done over $230 million in apartment deals across 5 states. Together they form partnerships and implement a strategy focusing on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide.

Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upcycles. Steve loves traveling, golfing, playing the drums, and enjoying an active lifestyle with his wife in the sunshine state. He is also now the proud dad of a beautiful baby girl born in 2023.
